Non-Custodial
A wallet or trading setup where private keys remain under the user's sole control.
Definition
Non-custodial means the user retains sole control of their private keys - no third party can freeze, seize, or lose the assets. Non-custodial trading executes swaps client-side through DEX aggregators, never routing assets through a centralised custodian. Spectre AI's trading terminal is fully non-custodial: Privy provides embedded wallets with client-side key management, and swaps execute via Jupiter on Solana and 0x on EVM chains.
