What is scheduled

The week opens with two token unlocks on Sunday, ZRO and PYTH, and Solana's Breakpoint conference on the calendar from the same day. Monday brings China's loan prime rate fixings at 01:15 UTC, a speech by Chicago Fed President Goolsbee at 10:30 UTC, and the Chicago Fed National Activity Index at 12:30 UTC. 1

Tuesday is a Fed day without a decision: Williams at 14:05 UTC, Jefferson at 14:20 and Barkin at 17:00, around US housing starts, the weekly ADP employment change at 12:15 and the euro-area consumer confidence flash at 14:00. 1

Wednesday is the data day. Flash purchasing managers' indices arrive for the euro area at 07:30 UTC, the UK at 08:30 and the US at 13:45, with Fed Governor Barr speaking at 14:05 and the weekly EIA crude report at 14:30. Cintas, the first of the two companies above $50 billion in market value reporting this week on Spectre's earnings calendar, reports before the open. 1, 2

Thursday carries one of the entries Spectre's calendar rates high: a summit between President Trump and President Xi, held as a date-level item with no time attached. Germany's Ifo business climate prints at 08:00 UTC, Williams speaks again at 08:10, Barkin at 12:00, Hammack at 12:50 and Paulson at 14:10, US initial jobless claims land at 12:30, and Costco reports after the close. Friday brings Williams at 09:15 UTC, durable goods orders at 12:30, the final Michigan consumer sentiment reading at 14:00, Hammack again at 18:00, and an ALT token unlock. 1, 2

What is not on the calendar, and matters

There is no US inflation print, no payrolls report and no rate decision in the week. The next FOMC decision comes at the October 27–28 meeting, the next payrolls report is October 2 and the next CPI October 14. The Fed's target range is 3.75–4.00% after the September 16 increase. Eleven speeches from seven officials is the week's monetary content, and a speech can carry policy weight or none; the calendar cannot tell you which in advance. 1, 3, 4

On crypto policy, two threads are open with no date on either. The CFTC's crypto asset rulemaking was reported on Friday as submitted to the White House for review; none of the reports gave a publication or comment date. The CLARITY Act's cloture vote on the motion to proceed failed 49–50 on September 15, and no Senate floor action on H.R.3633 appears in Spectre's calendar. A reconsideration route exists; nothing says it will be used this week. 5, 6

How crypto goes into the week

Friday's rally, covered hour by hour in Spectre's companion article, left the derivatives book larger and sentiment warmer. Composite Bitcoin open interest across 15 venues was $28.4 billion at 20:00 UTC on Friday, up 10.8% from Thursday evening. The fear and greed index closed Friday at 74, in the greed band. Bitcoin's weighted funding rate was 0.0043% per eight hours just before Friday's US open (13:01 UTC), below the 0.01% neutral rate, so open interest is larger without longs paying much to hold positions. 7, 8

Spot ETF flows recorded for the September 18 session were $433 million into Bitcoin funds and $144 million into Ethereum funds. Options positioning as of Saturday morning shows a put-call ratio of 0.56 for Bitcoin and 0.52 for Ethereum, with implied volatility indices of 34 and 50. Binance's account positioning moved the same way in both samples: the share of global accounts long in BTC was 48.4% on Saturday morning, down from 59.0% on Thursday evening, and the top-trader account long share fell from 60.1% to 51.8%. Those are counts of accounts, not dollars. 7

Slower money reads the other way. The CME Bitcoin futures commitment of traders as of September 15 showed leveraged funds net short 6,354 contracts and asset managers net long 2,760. Fed net liquidity was $5,869 billion as of September 16, up $78 billion over four weeks, and the stablecoin float was $309 billion, down 0.2% on the week. The first is a positioning fact, the second a backdrop; neither is a timing tool. 7

Levels the desk is watching

Spectre's chart read at 18:10 UTC on Friday placed Bitcoin's daily resistance at $81,163 and weekly resistance at $81,583, with daily support at $79,550 and weekly support at $78,784. Bitcoin traded at $81,079 on Saturday morning, inside that band. The daily structure still reads as lower highs and lower lows; a weekly close above $81,583 would be the first thing that changes that read, and a daily close below $79,550 the first thing that undoes Friday. 7, 8

Ethereum's daily band is $2,406 to $2,615 with the weekly resistance at $2,618, and it traded at $2,628 on Saturday morning, a fraction above both. Solana's daily band is wide, $98.2 to $125.2, with weekly support at $105.5 and a Saturday price of $111.80. 7, 8

Spectre's liquidation heatmap on Saturday morning modelled about $210 million of resting short liquidations around $82,800 and $349 million around $85,200, with about $328 million of long liquidations around $77,100. Those are the levels where forced flow would ignite if price reached them. They describe where the book is fragile, not where price is going. 7

Limits

Every entry above is a schedule as held on September 19; times move and items are added, especially speeches. The summit entry carries no time and no agenda in Spectre's data. This article does not forecast any release, any speech's content, or any price. It records what is on the calendar, what is not, and the state of the book going in, so that a reader can judge the week's events against a known starting point.
